The eccentric actor used his Twitter page to slam the school and reach out to his nine million followers in what he called ‘a legitimate call to arms’.
The Anger Management star claims that Sam, nine, was bullied until she left the school – and now he wants revenge.

‘My daughter Sam was bullied out of Viewpoint school and then called a liar. It's on!’ he wrote on Wednesday.
If you have a rotted egg, a roll of toilet paper or some dog s***; I urge u to deliver it with "extreme prejudice".’
Charlie goes on to write that he believes the private preparatory school in Calabasas, California is ‘run by trolls and charlatans’.

The website reports that Sam became too sick to attend class as a result, and her mother Denise Richards had three meetings with the school in a bid to quash the bullying, but nothing came of them.
The third meeting reportedly took place last May, in which Denise met with Victoria’s parents, who allegedly insisted Sam was lying.

It may be almost one year later but Charlie was clearly still fuming on Wednesday when he told his followers: ‘We will not tolerate this level of abhorrent disrespect towards the child of your favorite Warlock.’
The controversial star went on: ‘Smear the s*** to spell one name on the front door; VICTORIA. Eat that loser.’
Although it is unknown why Charlie has chosen now to unleash his tirade, although a source tells TMZ that acceptance letters for the several schools Sam applied for are about to be sent out.

A Viewpoint representative has
responded by telling parents via Twitter: 'Viewpoint School’s highest
priority is the safety, security and education of our students.'The parent of a former Viewpoint School student who has not attended Viewpoint School since March, 2012 has made certain accusations in the media ... Our administrators addressed the issue appropriately [last year].'
The representative adds: 'Our School takes accusations of bullying very seriously. For over 50 years, Viewpoint School has provided a safe and nurturing environment for our students to thrive, and we will continue to do so.'
