Britney keeps her Hollywood smile in check on dental visit... but her sloppy outfit just doesn't have much bite

Nevermind her teeth... it was Britney Spears' outfit which looked in greater need of a check-up as she headed to the dentist on Thursday.
The 31-year-old former X Factor judge was certainly off the mark as she stepped out in Thousand Oaks, California, on Thursday in a rather sloppy outfit.
The singer was seen walking out of an office building wearing an ensemble most starlets would only slop around the house in.

The mother-of-two – who has two sons Jayden James, six, and Sean Preston, seven, with ex-husband Kevin Federline – dressed down to get her teeth looked at.

 

She was spotted in loose jogging bottoms and up boots, covering up her patterned T-shirt by clasping her long cardigan together with her free hand.
The blonde wore her hair up in a bun on top of her head and had minimal make-up on her face to run the errand.

The star was noticeably sniffing a bright box which looked like an econo-lock scented retainer holder.
The container - made of pure flavoured thermoplastic resins and used for storage of the removable orthodontic appliance - can come in many different variations. 
Britney may be placing a retainer in her mouth at night when she is out of the spotlight to help straighten her teeth out over a period of time dependent on her particular needs.

Britney couldn’t help but catch a whiff of the fresh smell at its most prominent stage as she walked back to her car following the appointment.
She without a doubt has high interest in scents as she has released 11 perfumes under her name and is on verge of adding another fragrance to her successful collection.
She is apparently unleashing a new bottle named Island Fantasy through Elizabeth Arden’s beauty brand in April this year.
