In an intimate new interview with InStyle magazine, the 40-year-old actress, who had been married nine years on Wednesday, admitted their artistic temperaments can sometimes clash.
On being asked what is the most difficult part of being married to Chris, 35, the Sylvia actress simply replied: 'Probably our artistic temperaments together. Artists are sensitive; there are ups and downs, mood-wise. Musicians need a certain gravitas and focus in order to write.'

According to sources the pair had celebrated before she flew out to promote Hugo Boss, whicb is perhaps why Gwyneth didn't look too down in the dumps.

Gwyneth, who is already mother to Apple, 8, and Moses, 6, hinted that she may not be done with being a childbirth.
'My brain says, "Oh, I think I’m done, the kids are big now and I don’t want to go back to changing diapers". But a part of me would love to have another. Of course, I’m old now!', she said.

She explained: 'When Apple was born, she had the hugest blue eyes. I looked into them and she was looking at me, and I felt like, "You are here to teach me everything".
'After Moses was born, I had postpartum depression. It was a difficult time and because of that, I believe I have an extra empathy for him and he for me.'
