She may have been carrying out the relatively mundane task of stocking up on a few post-Christmas groceries.
But Agyness Deyn proved that every pavement has catwalk potential as she strutted her stuff on Thursday afternoon.
Stocking up on delicacies at Gelson's market in West Hollywood, California, the Manchester-born beauty may have been off-duty, but she certainly showed off her model credentials to the highest degree.

Strutting her stuff as she ran her errands, the 29-year-old clothes horse looked effortlessly chic in her military inspired ensemble.

 

Agyness, real name Laura Michelle Hollins, teamed a stylish navy blue peaked cap with a matching scarf and velvet-look bootcut trousers.
The star finished off her winter look with a tan cordoroy blazer and a simple cream cable-knit jumper, while showing off her natural beauty by going seemingly make-up free.

The blonde supermodel seemed to be in good spirits as she stepped out for the day, smiling from ear-to-ear despite having to complete the somewhat arduous task of lugging her shopping bags to her nearby car.
Perhaps Agyness' happy demeanour was due to the fact that she has just enjoyed her first holiday as a married woman with her 38-year-old actor husband Giovanni Ribisi.
The couple surprised fans on both sides of the Atlantic when they tied the knot in June this year, with many not even knowing that they were dating.

But the model-turned-actress recently admitted she had never felt the same about another man before meeting her beau.
She told Stella magazine: 'When people used to say that [about falling in love], I didn't know what they meant.
'And then when I felt it I was like, "Holy s**t, this is powerful stuff... We both felt it! And now it makes so much sense, both of us wanting that. It's a really symbolic thing.'
